Responsible / Quality Growth in Residential and Business / Commercial

We need to encourage new, quality companies to come to Forsyth County which will increase both our tax revenues and county wide employment.  We need to ensure that our existing lots, homes, and business spaces will be filled.  The land use plan should be followed by any new development.   We need commercial architecture that flows from site to site and is more pleasing to the eye.
